Comprehensive robotic solutions for Secondary to End-of-Line packaging

Langen Packaging Inc (Langen) has launched a robotic packaging line encompassing all secondary and end-of-line product handling and packaging applications.  Langen now offers the:

• LRC-400 (tray/carton top loader, product assembler),
• LRC-500 (case packer),
• LRC-600 (palletizer), and the
• LRC-700 (combined case packer and palletizer),

as standard products with a wide range of options such as line tracking, a variety of infeeds, stainless steel construction and available quick change end-of-arm-tooling (or automatic changeover).  The new LRC product line is exceptional in its comprehensive inclusion of all the necessary processes in the packaging line, and unique in its clarity of presentation.  At the Pack Expo 2006 Langen will showcase these machines.

LRC-400

The LRC-400 is a state-of-the-art top load tray/carton packing system. While ideally suited for high-speed wrapped product, the FANUC M420i equipped LRC-400 excels in a wide range of challenging applications.

LRC-500

The LRC-500 is a case packer versatile enough to satisfy the most demanding pack room requirements and reliable enough to perform accurately on a 24/7 basis. The LRC-500 packs products ranging from delicate cereal bags to sturdy cans to odd-shaped thermoforms.

LRC-600 

High-payload capability, robust construction - the LRC-600 is more than just a robotic palletizer. Capable of handling multiple product infeeds, the LRC-600 is a cost-effective and low-maintenance way to palletize bags and cases.

LRC-700
