Rebuild Description

• Assessment of all assemblies for wear and damage; evaluation of available upgrades.

• Entire machine was dismantled and steam cleaned. The main frame and panels were repainted.

• Electrical panel was thoroughly rebuilt to current standards using both new and rebuilt components.

• Retrofits include:

• Installation of an improved design overload camtrack assembly.

• Installation of new autoload buckets.

• Damaged / worn autoload slides replaced.

• New style Murtfeldt chain track and chain for smoother operation and less wear.

• Rebuilt overhead confiner.

• Complete rebuild of discharge gear boxes and carton feeder.

• Replaced worn carton magazine with new carton magazine; new carton lug chains and track.

• Installation of an updated cartoner main drive and clutch arrangement for easier maintenance and improved operation.

• Machine was thoroughly re-wired and converted from 100V to current standard 24V control system.

• Perimeter guarding installed to meet Category 3 standards.

• PLC upgraded to current model AB SLC 5/04.

• All pneumatics were upgraded to current design.
