Langen Packaging’s history dates back to 1956 when it was then known as H.J. Langen and was specialized in the manufacture and sales of processing machinery for the meat industry. Soon, Langen became known for innovation and customers requested that we expand our product offering to include cartoning machinery.
The introduction of this line was so successful that cartoning equipment became the predominant product for us. Langen has continued to be a leader in the design and manufacture of not only cartoning equipment but has also become an expert in case packers, accumulators and most recently, system integration. Langen has enviable experience developing a wide variety of customized product cartoners, case packers, and packaging systems, as well as offering expertise in more standardized products.
In the last several decades, Langen has become an advanced solution provider integrating cartoners, accumulators and case packers into complete turn-key systems, taking on projects ranging in value from a few hundred thousand dollars to in excess of $10 million.
